What is the process of getting my device repaired?
We have an easy 3 step solution for every repairs, first you purchase your desired repair from here. After purchasing the repair you’d have to post your device to us, you can track your product status from your account that you’ll create after purchasing the repair. After we receive your device our engineers will thoroughly diagnose your problem and fix it in the best way possible, again the process will be shown on your account or you can just directly contact us anytime. Your device will be posted back to you upon the completion of repair.
What happens if FixGo is unable to fix my device after already posting it?
This happens very rarely but if we are unable to repair your device then we’ll offer you a refund because FixGo follows a strict No fix – No fee policy.
Will I lose any data from my Mobile Phone?
We endeavour to keep all information intact, unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems or liquid damage. If your data is particularly important please do let us know when you send in your mobile phone.
